Lately the temperature has been going down, there's been more rain and wind, and things are generally pretty autumnal at this point.

Our bees seem healthy, so we have a policy of not inspecting them when the temperature is below 15°C. Today it was cooler than this, so I went out to check on their food only, just to have a peek into the roof. They'd still not taken any of the syrup, so the rapid feeder and eke came away and I left a kilo of Fondabee glucose fondant.

This weekend looks warmer and sunnier, so maybe we'll get another inspection in on Saturday or Sunday.
